Thank you for your interest in ODACA. The deadline for receiving the application information is November 1, of each calendar year. Applying for ODACA Artist membership is a three phase process.

On receipt of your online application and payment, the ODACA Standards Chairperson will contact you with instructions on sending, either by mail or email, the five high quality CDs and photographs of your work.

Your photos should be as professional as you can make them, and should clearly show your dolls' faces, bodies, arms and legs. Do not send photos of incomplete dolls. See how to photograph your dolls if you should choose to do the photography yourself. Whether you do your own photography or hire a professional, you may find this information useful.

The standards committee will review your photographs and will critique and vote on your work. The committee puts much emphasis on artistic expression, originality, and to what extent you have refined your medium. If the total vote equals our acceptance standards, you will be notified and be asked for a portfolio for Phase Two in our process.

If you have not done so already, please read about the steps involved in applying for Artist Membership before submitting this application.

Artist Membership Application Fee is $35.00 payable in US funds.

Note: You will NOT be able to attach any photos of your work at this time. The Standards Committee Chairperson will contact you on how to send the CD or attach via email the photos required to complete the application process.
