You will be sent a copy of your PayPal invoice when your payment has cleared that organization. If you do not receive a copy within 5 days, please email the webmaster.
ODACA LUNCHEON REFUND POLICY
All ODACA Annual Luncheon refund requests must be made in writing by postal mail or email to ODACA’s Treasurer, Donna Sims, 105 Cedar Ln., Channelview, TX 77530 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests must be made PRIOR to ODACA’s Annual Luncheon.
Refunds for Luncheon Reservations made by PayPal within forty five (45) days of payment of reservation will be refunded through PayPal for the full amount. After forty five (45) days all PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund amount and a check will be issued.
The ODACA Board of Directors reserves the right to consider all refund requests.
